Refund policy
You may return products purchased from www.segretofoods.com, subject to valid reasons approved by our customer service team.
Refunds may be issued for returned products under certain conditions.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
While Segreto Foods strives to offer easy returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain restrictions apply due to business, legal, and contractual obligations.
Reasons for Returns
- You receive a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product.
- You receive a product different from what was ordered.
Conditions for Returning Products
- Returns are accepted within seven days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, along with the invoice.
- Items should be in their original packaging with brand packaging intact.
- Replacements are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
- To request a return or refund, email info@segretofoods.com within three days of receiving the product. Include your order ID, product name, images with the Batch ID clearly visible, and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If payment was made via net banking, credit card, or debit card, we will process the refund through our payment gateway within five working days of approval. The amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days, depending on bank processing times.
- If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), please share a bank statement, canceled cheque, or passbook copy with your bank and customer details. Refunds will be processed within three working days of approval.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to reflect.
- If the issue persists, contact your bank as processing times may vary.
